Your adventure starts with a morning pickup from your hotel/riad in Marrakech. Travel through the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, the highest road pass in Morocco, offering breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains. Stop at Ait Ben Haddou, a famous ksar (fortified village) recognized by UNESCO, where many movies have been filmed. Continue to Ouarzazate, known as the "Hollywood of Africa." After exploring, drive through the Valley of Roses before arriving at Dades Valley for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive through the spectacular Dades Gorge, stopping for stunning photos. Pass through the Todra Gorges, a natural wonder with towering rock walls perfect for hiking and exploring. After lunch, continue through palm groves and Berber villages to reach Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara. In the evening, enjoy dinner and a relaxing night in a traditional desert hotel.
Today is all about experiencing the Erg Chebbi dunes! After breakfast, go on a 4x4 desert tour, visiting Khamlia village to listen to Gnawa music, exploring nomadic communities, and discovering a seasonal lake. In the late afternoon, take an unforgettable camel ride through the golden dunes, reaching your desert camp just in time for sunset. Enjoy a traditional dinner, Berber drumming, and a night under the stars in a luxury tent.
Wake up early to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Sahara, then return to Merzouga by camel. After breakfast and a refreshing shower, depart towards Rissani, the historic capital of the Tafilalt region, famous for its traditional market. Continue through Alnif, Nkob, and the scenic Draa Valley, known for its lush palm groves. Arrive in Ouarzazate for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, visit the beautiful Fint Oasis, a hidden gem near Ouarzazate. Then, begin the journey back to Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas Mountains once again. Enjoy stops along the way for lunch and photos before arriving in Marrakech in the late afternoon.
This day is dedicated to exploring Marrakech at your own pace. Visit famous attractions like Jemaa el-Fnaa square, Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, and the vibrant Majorelle Gardens.
