In the morning, participants will meet at a designated location in Marrakech, where they will be greeted by the host chef. The chef will guide you through the selection process, sharing insights into the significance of each item in Moroccan dishes.

Next, you’ll make your way to the cooking venue, a charming kitchen designed for an interactive experience. Here, you’ll be introduced to the day’s menu, featuring classic Moroccan dishes like tagine and couscous. The chef will demonstrate key cooking techniques and offer expert tips to help you achieve authentic flavors.

Throughout the session, you’ll actively participate in the cooking process, chopping, mixing, and simmering alongside fellow participants in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
